Shipping policy

Domestic (United States)

• Free ground shipping on orders over $50 USD.
• Orders ship from Hudson, NY within 1 business day.
• Standard delivery: 3–6 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.
• Expedited (2-day): available at checkout, $14.

International

• Currently shipping to Canada, the UK, EU, and Australia.
• International delivery: 7–14 business days. Customer is responsible for any import duties or VAT assessed by the destination country.

Processing & Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking within 24 hours of dispatch. If your package shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, contact hello@primaground.example and we will replace or refund without question.

Address Changes

If your order has not yet shipped, email us to update the address. Once a label is generated, we cannot reroute. Please double-check at checkout.
