Return policy
The simple version: if you are unhappy with a product for any reason, email us within 60 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund or a replacement — whichever you prefer. You do not need to ship the bottle back.
Why no return shipment?
Supplements that have left our hands cannot be re-sold under FDA regulations. Asking customers to ship them back wastes their time and our packaging. We would rather absorb the cost.
How to request
- Email hello@primaground.example with your order number and a sentence on what didn’t work.
- We confirm within 1 business day and process the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged in transit
If a product arrives broken or leaking, send us a photo and we will overnight a replacement at our cost.
Subscriptions
Cancel, pause, or skip any time from your account dashboard. No retention email loops, no chat-bot deflection.
