PrimaGround sells dietary supplements. Statements regarding our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified clinician before starting a new supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, take prescription medication, or have a diagnosed condition.

2. Orders & pricing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock shortages. If we cancel an order, you receive a full refund within 3 business days.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically at the cadence you choose. You may cancel, pause, or change cadence any time from your account dashboard. Charges that have already been processed are non-refundable except as outlined in our Returns policy.

4. Intellectual property

All copy, photography, and design on this site is © PrimaGround, with the exception of stock photography licensed from third-party sources. You are welcome to share excerpts of magazine articles with attribution; please do not republish in full without permission.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimaGround’s liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We make no warranty beyond the explicit guarantees outlined in our Returns policy.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
