Organic Turmeric Extract

Curcumin without absorption support is a polite donation to your liver. Ours is paired with black pepper extract (BioPerine®) which lifts plasma bioavailability roughly 20-fold based on the seminal Shoba 1998 study and its replications.

The turmeric itself is grown by a 3-generation cooperative in Erode, Tamil Nadu — single-origin, hand-sorted, sun-dried. We extract to a 95% curcuminoid standardization (not the 5% you’ll find in grocery turmeric capsules).

Best taken

With a meal containing some fat — curcumin is lipid-soluble. Once daily is the typical clinical dose; some practitioners stack two with chronic inflammatory load.
