The ‘mushroom coffee’ category is mostly marketing — most products are 95% cheap arabica with a sprinkle of mushroom mycelium grown on grain, the cheapest possible form. Ours is the opposite: small-batch Ethiopian Yirgacheffe arabica blended with three dual-extracted (water + ethanol) functional mushroom fruiting bodies.
Dual extraction matters: water pulls the immune-modulating beta-glucans, ethanol pulls the cognitive-supportive triterpenes. Single-method extracts miss half the active compounds.
